Mission
The principle objective of the Foundation is the systematic support of culture in Russia's Regions, and its integration into worldwide culture; raising the intellectual level and creative potential of local communities.
The Foundation operates as an artistic laboratory for the creation of new cultural technologies; as a school for the upbringing of a new generation of creative and enterprising people – a Russian creative class, as a unique environment for a social and cultural experiment that comprises a number of important functions – formative, educational, and charitable.
The Foundation's activities are split into groups as follows:
• science, education and educational development
• modern art
Since the Foundation is aimed at restructuring the cultural environment, it sees the main area for its activities as giving support for children’s and young people’s initiatives.
